The script writers must have a 4 year kid at home and used them as inspiration xD
That's a good thought and probably true.
gakuen babysitters too
gakuen babysitters has kind of not real kids, because they're not behaving as kids their age would
yeaj ig kotarou, takuma, and kirin are special (but who knows the world's huge) but there's taka, kazuma, and the nezu twins, etc
Baby and Me as well
that show is still my fav of Japanese childcare
three elementary kids 3 baby siblings 2 girls one boy its crazy
Exactly, Thought I was the only one who noticed
Honestly! Don't think I've ever seen a child written to act THIS MUCH their age! It's done phenomenally! Feels like I'm watching one of my nieces/nephews. That only makes me worry more for the show taking a darker turn
Ngl this is just unexpected
there aren't a lot of anime that doesn't have child act like a child tho? some older characters who are lolis don't act like children cuz they aren't, they might be immature most of the time but they aren't 4 yo either.
It's more that most of the current shows have kids thaat behave too well or understand a situation going on more then they should. It's harder to find a show with a kid as one of the leads where they just feel like a real kid the whole show and not in select moments.
The kids in Barakamon are also realistic.
The kid in Spy family was well written too
Well written, but not realistic.
Still love how they portray them though.
Anya was written well, and there are aspects of her that match her level of trauma, mixed with the insight she gains from her ability, but (and this is 100% not saying I favor one over the other) the kid in this anime feels like an actual kid her age you'd be likely to encounter irl
Every child deserves a parent, but not every parent deserves a child.
is this a condom advertisement?
Durex cøṅḋōṁ. Makes her fast, makes him last.
No it‘s a cat adoption ad.
pretty much yh
It is, now go show it to your da. D
HELP
something nice to make me smile thanks 💕
Well said.
This is very true, sadly 😅
Exactly.
yep
This is such an overused comment
Kazuki looked like he was really going to eat the dirt dumpling, all he needed to do was pretend and say it's tasty. That could have went bad if he set that example.
Don’t forget about her two, she too looked like she was about to eat it haha
Oh I got "Rugrats!" flashbacks from that (⓿_⓿)
right lol
Kinky lmao.
This series is too good. I'm drunk on wholesome vibes xD!
fr man
Rise and shine.
Bull's eye 🐂
One-hit KO
Instant wake up call! No coffee needed!
reis past tho..
Rei playing with the kid reminded me of how awkward it felt babysitting the child of a friend. It was really exhausting and no it's not as rewarding as this anime makes it look like :P
Rei & her mother don‘t look one bit rewarded though :/
Rei is getting there. :P
Seems like our buddy daddies are going to get to reconcile with their fucked up childhoods with the help of Miri. Certainly gives the anime more depth.
looks like hes family is like killua's family
I'd say Killua's family at least likes him, they're just VERY twisted.
Banyanya!
Diabetes right from the start. I can't believe how cute Miri is - each episode she is more and more adorable. And I love the fact that she looks pretty realistic - like a giant ball of raw, unconstrained energy, and doing whatever just catches her attention.
When your girl tells you to eat a dirt ball, you eat it. Unless a sweet potato guy comes to your rescue.
"I wanna see a ghost." - me and the boys when we have a 'Capture a photo of the ghost' quest in Phasmophobia.
I knew that visiting her mother wouldn't probably end well, but it was worse than what I expected. It kinda broke me inside. But I must say, I liked Kazuki's arguments and attitude.
I'm glad that my mood got fixed when Rei called himself Miri's papa.
A reminder - there is an after-credit scene.
Is this reference to the Bananya cat ?
Also such cheerful and spoiled child, can't be raised by single mother from suburbs. This setting is impossible.
not really. some kids naturally are just that cheery and there's also cases where it is a coping mechanism too. every kids different so it's not impossible.
maybe, i will just assume her mother put drugs into her baby bottle :D
The writer for this wrote a child that acts like a child and that's so damn rare to see that it makes the whole show that much better.
